It is a mix (though not surprised in Normal). The looters are not the protestors. They're mostly people (or all races) just taking advantage of the -- (edited)

chaos. Chicago police had 65,000 911 calls last night. They're just overwhelmed so looters (seemingly coordinating) are picking their spots and when police do come they just move elsewhere. It's the fires that really worry me. My daughter was woken up at about 2:30 this morning with a fire within about 2 blocks of her house.
