I agree with the IM. As for the wave crest, it will depend, IMO, on how much international travel resumes

I feel like the intermovement of people's across cities, countries, etc., had as much to do with it as anything else
I have no basis for this, it's just a gut based on the places that were infected at higher rates and those that were not
