Hogwarts Express is an indoor train attraction that also functions as real transportation. It carries guests from one park to the other.
So, that's one ride that needs to be running. However, due to social distancing and its indoor nature, it will require many concessions to operate.
My point is more that if it's running that far behind on the day with the smallest possible traffic, I can't imagine what it will be like on Friday when the parks are open to everyone.
