we would provide basic equipment (people already have this at home bc covid, generally); if people wanted larger monitors, they'd have to buy.
no printers, no toner. if you need to print, print to the office and pick it up or get your own printer.
this further complicates diva's 3/2. if she's 3/2 in dedicated workspace, I have to buy her two docks and four monitors. full time WFH alleviates that extra spend.
