every state has its unarmed black guy dead for resisting arrest, making a move that made the officer fear for their life...my town two weeks ago

a guy was shot during a traffic stop because shortly after telling the officer there was a gun in the car, he was gunned down 'for lowering his arms' making his killer assume he was going for it. by most accounts he was a decent dude, decent family, decent job.
