he did not order the ramping up of PPE production, even after sending a whole warehouse full to china (I don't blame for doing that, its what countries do...but not replacing any of it, that killed hundreds of doctors/nurses)

mitch mcconnell owns some that, he refused to replace the supplies from the N1h1 ramp up...
