I worked in a McDonalds for a couple of years as a teen. It was very easy to get a burger without mustard as long as you requested it.

Is this really a thing at McDonald's?

I've never been served a burger with mustard.

I worked there in high school. Mustard is required. -- nm

It most definitely was at one point. Burgers / Cheeseburgers would be made ahead of time and had ketchup / mustard and two pickle pieces

We had a strict policy at our place and no burgers sat in the bin longer than 10 minutes. We had to toss food from time to time. -- nm

That's right. They were the least offending so I kind of forgot about them -- nm

Yup. I forgot about them too. They barely had any flavor. I still didn't like them.

The tri-state area too? I thought I've had McDonald's elsewhere but maybe not. -- nm

I don’t know exactly where the border the no-mustard zone is, will have to do a little more research.

I'd love to know why we never got down with mustard on burgers. I'd likely be fine with it if I had it from the beginning.

You just don’t notice it. They don’t put much on. -- nm

Interesting They don't put any on here. It's ketchup and pickles.

Do you then get a pound and a half of ketchup?

Not even close actually. Usually it's barely there and you have to add more. -- nm
