It most definitely was at one point. Burgers / Cheeseburgers would be made ahead of time and had ketchup / mustard and two pickle pieces

This meant that one would unwrap the burger and there'd potentially be excess condiments in the wrapper and the top bun would be a partially soggy mess depending just on how long it had been sitting waiting to be served
