Dill pickle spears. A full Chicao dog is a Vienna all beef dog on a steamed poppysee bun with mustard, onions, tomatoes, dill pickle spear, sport peppers, neon green pickle relish and celery salt. -- (edited)

But you customise it to your taste, giardinera and salsa are allowed. The base is the Vienna dog on the steamed poppyseed bun. The only real rule is no ketchup.
