So maybe a fairer argument (from some) would be “If you are fine with these marches, are you fine with football games?” -- (edited)

And yes, obviously, one is more important than the other so you are willing to take a risk. And in one, the government is setting the rules and on one they aren’t.
But to the person that doesn’t think COVID is a risk anyway, it’s going to be a tough pull to swallow to see huge crowds at rallys but then be told he can’t go see LSU play. They may say “You thought the rally was important and you were willing to accept the risk. I don’t think there is any risk so I want to go to a game with my family.”
Not really my position. I’m afraid to go anywhere. I’m just trying to think things through.
