I'm sure the numbers as a whole are coming down, but that really reflects the original hot spots and extended quarantine and social distancing there.

The real question is where is it going as states open up. Certainly they will increase. The question is just how much. And we're nowhere near seeing what the effects of the protesting will be. I'm really very troubled by what they may look like. There will, again, almost certainly be increases, but the question is whether they will spike to levels that tax the system again, or whether they can be managed without having to step back into more of quarantine mode.
