Right, but Peterman doesn't get paid what Kaep wanted (and is entitled to). That's what the owners will say, but it misses the point is that they

shouldn't be paid the same and that's the issue. So I don't think it really helps to make that comparison. Kaep wanted starter money. Owners wanted to pay him like a back up who could not even compete with the starter.
