we can tackle ALL of those, that's why I think defund is a good word - it's addressing many things at once.

fewer cops, less military gear, move investment in community and social programs, reduced police involvement in non-criminal areas, etc.

if you focus on just one aspect, the entire message of top to bottom police reform is lost.
