Posted by

daughter's Microsoft Office has essentially stopped working.
She can open up old documents in word, powerpoint, etc but can't save them again.
when she tries to open up a new one it just comes up as an all white screen...
Thoughts?

If reboot doesn’t work check to make sure she’s signed in. I’ve found if you’re on 365 it likes to log you out and then freak out every so often. -- nm*

I have no meaningful input, but after working for a software company for several years this helps a surprising amount of the time. -- nm
