That was good? I think. Though on one level (a very base level) Wrong Turn was kind of everything that I watched it for?

Still working on if it really good writing / performances or the reverse of some combination cause there's characters / performers that are just oh, I really hope you're not the last girl/guy cause you're so annoying that I hope you die.
Oh...look at that. Well, that's kind of gross but hey.
Of all things to praise, I really liked the title sequence which does help set the story.
When are we going to meet Eliza and Emmanuelle?
Oh...whoa...nothing like introducing the leads with a bang.
I kind of knew from the poster that Ms Dushku is going to be in a scoop tank top. But then there's Ms Chriqui in ummm, I guess best described as: "You call that a scoop? No, girl, this is a scoop" tank top
I guess it is like a slasher with a decent budget? Looks really good at being gross which makes sense as Stan Winston was involved and even credited as a producer.
Generally entertained in kind of a talking back to the screen way for the set up. Kind of amazed at some of the amazing auto-resetting makeup worn by the women around the half to 2/3 point.
Finishes generally well
However with all of that I'm not sure if it is my favorite or least favorite part of the movie: Desmond Harrington as Chris, male protagonist. Is he supposed to be cool and understated, perhaps almost to the point of being stoic? Or does he have a really, really, really limited acting range. I've been trying to figure out if that role is gender reversed and hot / cute girl who can't really act but is playing a generally good character if I'd be more forgiving.
