It's a switch plus print server.

So, in theory if you have a router with wireless, you can join this device to it, then plug your printer into it. You could also plug any laptops or computers that you had in the area into it. Basically it's a switch + wireless access point + print server. Do you already have a printer? Is there a reason you're looking at this? Often printing wirelessly can be unreliable.
