Agreed. I'm sure its an issue with Sony and/or Microsoft.

I'm sure Sony doesn't want you to opt to buy dlc stuff on Xbox that you can then play on PS. They want their cut. I would imagine it goes both ways, just used Sony as they always seem to be the holdup in crossplay and such.
