He's a piece of work. Just an awful Archbishop who catered to the ultra-ultra-conservative Catholics until he retired a couple years ago.

I did a bunch of research on him for a legal case I've been helping out with.
He manipulated the Pontiff into meeting Kim Davis (remember her?) during the Papal visit a few years ago -- without informing Pope Francis who she was. He's a completely power-hungry schemer who has no business representing the Church. Especially now. Because he is RETIRED.
