Somehow we have a crap ton of pork chops.
I've baked them with seasoning and breaded and fried them. They are too thin to stuff. Any suggestions? I'm going to get tired of pork chops real quick.
From what I found on google, pork chops are really only dressed up with seasonings, glazes or breading.

put a bunch of seasoned sliced potatoes in a roasting pan on about 375 degrees F. Cover chops in olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme. Add them to potatoes

I'm no help as while they're semi-regular part of my menu rotation, I use the zero idea method of a light coating of olive oil and then grilling them
