I'm no help as while they're semi-regular part of my menu rotation, I use the zero idea method of a light coating of olive oil and then grilling them

A by-product of when I first went low sodium and eliminated all marinades, sauces, salt contain rubs from my grilling.

There was the eureka moment, Hey! Food actually has an inherent flavor.

Got used to that and these days, it is as much being lazy as well as generally better for me.
