Oh, I know I can get the credit card company to refund the charge. I just assumed that when they said they'd refund my tickets, that they'd, you know

...REFUND MY TICKETS! Now, when I log into their app or portal, it shows that I have never ordered any tickets, but there's also no refund on my credit card.
