Right off the hop, a new Spider-Man game/dlc that appears to be a launch window title: fuck yeah.
Production value of the presentation was there.
Horizon Forbidden West is an insta-buy.
Godfall has a lot of potential.
I was overall whelmed by the games shown.
But a big surprise was that there'll be two SKUs. One with a disc drive, one a digital only unit. The console looks like a concept supercar and I think I love it, as long as I can set it horizontally. Compared to the XSX fridge, this actually looks like a next-gen piece of hardware. But looks aren't everything. I'm leaning toward the disc based unit, but we'll see what the pricing scheme ends up being.
Even though I'm in for one on launch, this particular event did not blow my skirt up, so to speak. There'll be more stuff shown in the weeks ahead up to release though, so I'm still hopeful something gets shown that I can get pumped about.
