I don't know the symptoms she had but 1) most people didn't have COVID 2) the tests aren't that good.

Everyone seems to think their prior illness was COVID but honestly all the antibody tests I have seen are negative.

In the early months of testing when only very symptomatic patients were tested the number of positive was only 10% (which I guess is good, wasn't very widespread). A lot of different illness presents similarly.
