Local emergencies are often best handled by local agencies but this wasn't a local issue but a national pandemic that needed strong

central leadership coordinating the responses in each state while supporting them financially and with equipment. The feds failed at every turn and anyone seeing or thinking otherwise is just blinded by their party loyalty.
