I guess I should have, kind of known. I mean I just watched five Phantasm movies so if there's five for that IP. er, and I'm watching 6 Wrong Turn movies

I knew that Friday the 13th was double digits but 10 Hellraiser movies?

Elm Street well, I guess one could cap it at 7 and technically call those the base franchise? But then there's the remake

Halloween is at least 8 and as high as 13 depending on how one treats remakes, sequels to remakes, retcon as sequel to original Halloween and other craziness
