Wow, Chewy (pet products) customer service just blew my mind. FedEx screwed up a delivery, we contacted ALL th neighbors, started doing follow-up at

FedEx's website, where they asked for a FedEx customer number. I contacted Chewy, saying the package didn't get to us and asking for a FedEx customer number, and they SIMPLY RESENT THE ENTIRE ORDER.

Yesterday a neighbor brought the original package over (a complicated mix-up with multiple people moving it from one place to another at their house).

Today, the second package arrived. I immediately wrote back to Chewy, telling them to charge it to our credit card again, and they said no charge!
