I assume he’s being made to explain his slurring and sluggishness during his West Point speech today. And that’s *GREAT*!

Every second he spends having to discuss that is a moment someone thinks “Huh, Trump was slurring his speech and being sluggish today?” It’s also a moment that he’s not busy destroying the country.
