Possibly any airplane. Though if a sitting president wasn't on one of the VC-25s, it's probably not going to be using the Air Force One callsign

since you wouldn't want to draw attention to that travel.
The whitetop helos are Marine, so they go by Marine One and fly in threes, performing frequent position changes in flight.
