I don't think they'll immediately attack Biden. I don't see to what point. They may attack certain policy proposals on principle but they have no real power base to support (other than Mitt)

I think this is a civil war for the Republican party and immediately after a resounding loss (if such a blessed event should occur) then the rats leaving a sinking ship metaphor will never be more apt.

I do believe the Lincoln Project wants a return to normalcy, which they will take from Biden as he tries to rebuild the government. I think they are going next after the true Trumpers (like the Roy Moore types) and those who displayed no backbone (like Lindsey Graham).

I think they will fire at Biden in four years but first they want to rebuild their party.

And they may not win. They may have to form a new one.
