So apparently the workouts we've been doing are because of a "Murph" thing coming up. From the link, it sounds awful :)

But it explains why we're doing run + pullups + pushups + squats each week. My efforts were relatively sad but I was glad I kept up a good pace over the 15 minutes even though some of the other guys were doing 2x or 3x my repetitions.
