about all the fireworks noise too.
Kinda lose-lose for him on this one.
(I mean he's awful, but not sure he can win on this one)

the rhetoric is 100% recycled replacing "drugs" with "fireworks" - we only go after the dealers, we won't do anything to individual, we want big fish -- nm
