There was a woman 'speaking' to the officer as I approached

First she was babbling about how she was dehydrated and he said he got her into the shade. Then she was complaining "I'm not an idiot" and that he made her feel like a child, for which he apologized as unintentional. Then she demanded he connect her to the Secret Service, which he couldn't do. Finally he said he had helped her and now had to help me, at which point her tone of voice escalated as she hobbled away (on a walker) "Fuck you! FUCK YOU PIG!" (could have been worse, I guess - she's an old white lady and he's a black officer.)
So by the time I'm saying "Here's my photo on our office website staff list-" he was just "Go to work, man." Move along, move along.
