FWIW, I think Phil Spencer and Satya Nadella are two of the most sincere and humane people in the industry.

They've pushed for anti-bullying, inclusion, community, and openness. Spencer put his name on the Xbox announcement yesterday which referred to numbers. If racism were the primary reason for Mixer's closure - right during a period where they were boosting black voices during BLM - I believe he would have said so.
