We should really feel good that its is June and that Trump is down double digits. This is a good sign. -- (link)

Wed June 15, 2016: Hillary Clinton has a 12-point lead over Donald Trump nationally, a new Bloomberg Politics poll shows.
Responses:
IIRC, the biggest lead Hillary had over Trump at 538's average was 6%. Biden leads Trump by 9.9% currently by the same metrics. -- nm

That's a single poll. The average on this date was +5. -- nm

Every poll is a single poll. I'm just saying. Act like Biden is losing from now until election day. -- nm*

with respect, this sentiment doesn't need to come out every time there's a positive poll. Everyone understands this. -- nm

With respect, I'm not sure the general electorate understands this. -- nm

We know that we are only seeing comment from engaged folks at this point and that the majority of voters don't tune in for a while still -- nm

I think momentum has a weight of its own. People like to vote for "a winner"

Aparently Trump cares about polls 4 years ago the way he acted when he was behind to Hill is alot different than it is now -- nm

Plus, people who are 'weaker voters' (less likely to bother to vote) aren't the ones commenting.

I mean if you want to get metaphysical, we can never be sure of anything, but I'd be surprised if there's a single uncommitted voter on this board. -- nm
