Heh. I'm developing a serious man crush on David Chang and listened to a podcast where he was going on about being at home has him using everything

in his kitchen. A Teflon wok from his mother in law was one of the things that he talked about. His microwave was the other and that he was thinking about writing a microwave cookbook as he was using it so much.

He's also a relatively new father so he might be more open these days to function over absolute technique than say when he was the guy opening Momofuku
