Jacksonville as a city flips back and forth a bit, but over the last 10 years has voted blue (it seems) a lot.

Downtown is owned (literally) by Baptists, and a lot of white-flight just South to St Johns county (which is OVERWHELMINGLY Republican) has let the beaches and westside populations be more pronounced.
