It was small and of no real consquence and could be chalked up to dramatic license but...

In the episode Mr. Willis of Ohio, the eponymous Mr. Willis is the widower of the recently-passed representative Mrs. Willis of Ohio. It is stated that he was appointed to fill her seat.

This is impossible. Senate seats can be filled temporarily by appointment in many states but House vacanices cannot. They must be filled by an election as specified in Article I Section 2.

Ironically, a different part of Article I Section 2 is quoted during the episode to a group of congressmen including Mr. Willis of Ohio.
