I've heard those and there are issues with that as well, of course. Parents can't work, teach their kids and watch after them at the same time.

So a staggered school week seems great on paper but if I was a parent it would be a mess of trying to coordinate things.
I don't have the answers but I can see a difference between the daycare centers and schools for keeping this safe.
