Ok well schools were open for teaching virtually during the shutdown and the parents got screwed with having to take care of them so I’m not sure what

That concern is about ? That will continue to suck as long as we can’t send the kids to schools which is what this is about - permitting parents to not have to teach their children in ways they’re not even trained for
If also make it optional to do in person or virtual to address your last concern
