Feds. Oh I see what you mean--the state prosecutions there. I don't want to speak out of turn as I dont recall that day in Fed Courts class when the

former Ginsburg law clerk prof went on an insane right about hwo all of america was indian territory and no prosecution ever was ever valid--It got muddle

at some point today I'll read all three opinions and bore everybody
