i don't normally go for those $9 loaves of bread, but the bakery in town is absolutely worth it.

Sub Rosa - James Beard award, locally sourced heirloom grains, milled on site, wood fired oven, they maintain their own yeast strain (everything is essentially a sour-dough). and the loaves are HUGE, like a foot and a half round. wendesdays they do a sesame rye that is amazing.
