I'm hopeful it'll last, but Melbourne is having a second wave now, and possibly Sydney. Melbourne's was probably caused by shitty quarantine guards

violating their protocols. There're reports of guards having (consensual) sex with quarantined people, amongst other things.
Sydney's may have come partly from Melbourne. The WA state border is closed, but there's still some minor flow. We shall see.
