Running is great exercise but I think some people are not "built" for it. I am the same way - I will happily crank out 26 minute 5Ks but the idea of

running 5 miles at anything close to a "race pace" and I'm like just kill me instead. I'm too tall and my joints are too creaky to take long long distance running
