And the long runs aren't just "run 10 miles"

It will be more like: 1 mile easy, 2 miles at marathon pace, 1 mile easy, 2 miles at half marathon pace, 1 mile easy, 2 miles at half marathon pace, 1 mile easy

Learning what your "marathon pace" and "half marathon pace" etc. are is a challenge at first. There are apps that will give you an idea based on your past performance, but I don't think they do so well when jumping from a 5K to a marathon. You need to get those steps in between.
