It's a big time commitment. You basically give up one day each weekend for 2-3 months.

When you get to the point where your long runs are really long, you're giving up 3-4 hours to do the run and then time after to recover.
Responses:
This was the problem I had while getting ready for doing centuries on the bike. My pace was usually around 10mph on the bike so trying to do anything

Oh! That's the other thing that runners can't even with cyclists. Well at least this runner
