I was supposed to close on 6/26. everything's a mess. my dude has been just great though. he called every other day in the beginning

and then as I started to panic, every day.
the problem was not my underwriter but my county.
in the end, I don't care because I'm saving $40k and it's not like I'm doing anything else so finding a time to close is super easy. in the real world, I might be annoyed, but now I'm super easy to schedule -- even with work.
