This is along the lines of where I'm wrestling with the discussion. Each situations we've encountered of someone WfH could have plenty of extenuating

circumstances which 100% justify it. In that case, my best argument is "Give me the flexibility to schedule my team as I see fit" vs. "Why are my guys getting screwed by this policy?"
