My parents finally got their new roof last week like how many years after Irma damaged it?

It took forever to insurance to approve, then forever for the roofing company (where on owner is suing the other owner to kick him out of the business?) to get to it.
They took the solar panels down months ago I think. Took the old roof off over a month ago, then finally new roof last week.
Now they need the solar panels put back on after roof inspection.
