They are. The green and white Stan Smiths are *the* Adidas sneaker. It has a timeless look and is still one of, if not, their most popular model.

You can wear it with so many styles of outfits. They've made it over in different colors and with little changes but the classic green and white Stan Smith is a sneaker anyone can wear.
If I was to make a list of sneakers every person should own the Stan Smith would likely be at the top and I'm a Nike fanboy. :-)
