Maybe my best one yet. I didn't feel like getting out the toaster so I just buttered the English muffin and then put it in the pan like a grilled cheese. Once that was done I put a little butter on the skillet and then fried the egg. The edges were super crispy and the egg was just plain yummy. And the cheese melted perfectly.

Figured I'd make that since Baron said I couldn't have mozzarella sticks for lunch.
